Terms and Conditions Coral Estate Holidays
The terms and conditions below apply for reservations made by an individual, private person unless a special agreement has been made. The company (bnbmanager) reserves a right to apply special terms and conditions that differ from these in case of public holidays, special events, seasonality, or additional services require so.
1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
When reserving a villa, your name, address, arrival- and departure time, and method of payment are required.
A reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received a reservation confirmation number. The company is entitled to apply different kinds of rules, such as reservation fees or credit card guarantees, in order to secure the reservation.
2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The villa is at your disposal from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day, the villa must be vacated by 11:00 am. The company is entitled to apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times stated above. For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private premises, and the maximum capacity per villa may not be surpassed.
The villa will be reserved for you until 8:00 pm on the day of arrival unless no other agreement has been made at the time of reserving or if the confirmed rate or reservation period does not include any other special terms. In case of arrival after 8:00 pm, you can guarantee the reservation with a credit card or other method specified. Otherwise, the company can release the reserved villa for sale after 8:00 pm.
In case you arrive at the property according to the arrival time agreed and the villa you have reserved is not available, the company is liable to arrange an equivalent villa without extra charges.
3. GUARANTEED RESERVATION
A credit card guarantee is required for all bookings when confirming the reservation*. A credit card guarantee is required when confirming the reservation. We will send a link in a separate email to securely guarantee the booking. Kindly note that we do not accept credit card details sent by email or over the phone. Customers with an invoicing agreement may guarantee the reservation under the company name.
As an alternative method of guarantee, the company reserves the right to require either a complete or partial advance payment in order to guarantee the reservation. The amount of prepayment and a schedule for prepayment will be contracted with the customer in writing.
*Bnbmanager reserves the right to verify the credit card to the agreed amount.
4. CANCELLATION AND NO ARRIVAL
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation, unless the rate is confirmed or the reservation period includes special terms, your reservation can be canceled free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. In case you fail to arrive without canceling your reservation, Coral Estate Luxury Resort is entitled to charge the full stay, including taxes and possible additional services per villa, to your credit card.
5. EARLY DEPARTURE
Early departure before the agreed day must be informed to the company by 8:00 pm on the day before. If your reservation is for several nights, the company is entitled to charge you the full amount for the whole stay. Early departure before the agreed day may also cause changes in the rate confirmed.
6. PAYMENT
The company accepts the most common credit/debit cards. The company is not obliged to accept foreign currency, vouchers, cheques, or credit/debit cards unless the company has volunteered to do so.
In case the reservation has not been paid in advance, it should be settled upon arrival at the company by cash or credit card. When reserving a villa, the company is entitled to approve and charge international credit cards. A reservation fee may be charged to the credit card as a prepayment. This will be deducted from the final bill. If the company has not made an approval for prepayment from your credit card, the company is entitled to require a deposit for additional services such as minibar. The amount of deposit may vary, being the total deposit sum between €50-150,-
7. DEPOSIT
7.1. The company requires every guest to provide a $500 deposit to cover possible damages to the property, excessive utility usage, or missing inventory. This deposit is a credit card authorisation, meaning the amount is reserved but not immediately collected by the company. In a dispute, the company reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
7.2. The deposit must be completed via credit card authorisation before check-in. If guests do not have the option to provide a deposit via credit card, the deposit can be made via bank transfer or in cash at $500 or 1000 ANG.
7.3. After check-out, the deposit via credit card will be released automatically by the bank after approximately 15 working days unless there is damage or excessive usage of water and/or electricity. If such a situation arises, we will communicate this with the guest. Please note that the company has no control over the exact date of the release of the deposit, as this depends on the guest’s bank. Any deductions due to repairs or additional charges for excessive usage will be communicated to the guest before processing. Please notice that we are not responsible for differences in foreign exchange currency or deductions made by the bank when we refund the deposit made via bank transfer.
8. GUEST BEHAVIOUR
We follow good manners and rules at the company. In case of breaking these rules, you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases, you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.
For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private company premises such as villas, and the maximum capacity per apartment may not be surpassed.
9. RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR VALUABLES
Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your villa, or the company can store your valuables upon request. The company is entitled to collect a charge for the storage of these items.
In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the company before storing them. The company may refuse to store this kind of valuables.
The company is not responsible for valuables stored in a safety deposit box in your apartment.
The company is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the garage or the company’s parking area or valuables inside the vehicle. The company is obliged to clearly express in the garage and at the parking area that the area is not supervised and the company is not responsible for the property.
10. GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE
As a guest, you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you, your guest, or your pet in the villa or on the premises. This also applies to the furniture and other equipment, other guests on the resort, or their property. The responsibility for caused damage is determined by general principles.
11. RENTING ACCOMODATIO TO MINORS
Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make a reservation. The adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor, whether he or she accommodates the minor or not. An underage person traveling alone will need a letter of consent signed by a guardian. The letter has to include the minor’s name, birthday, and dates of arrival and departure. The name and contact information of a guardian are also required.
